Our whirl pool refrigerator (Model : FF 350L:Product id:12763 350L ICE M ELITE) purchased on 3..10..2003, is not functioning from 17th April 2010. We informed our near by customer service centre(AGS home care, Near IOB, MC Road, Kuttor, Thiruvalla ). The service personnel inspected and found its compressor (Compressor No. TP10HF225259502F0303) was out of order. Since the compressor warranty has not expired, he guaranteed to rectify it within two three days. But even after 3 weeks, the problem is not solved.
