On May 5, 2010 I used Hotwire.com to try to book a hotel in Manhattan, NY. The Hotwire hotel search for the area revealed 3-1/2 star hotels listed in Downtown - SoHo area. The site revealed a map showing lower Manhattan which included SoHo. I booked the hotel based on their deceptive advertising that indicated the hotels would be in SoHo. Imagine my surprise when the hotel chosen popped up right next to Ground Zero at the World Trade Center location.
