I'm am in PA and A & E was supposed to come out to fix our water dispenser on our refrigerator. Not only did they not show or call to confirm, but we called them twice and, up till 4:30 PM, they were still telling us the repair person would be there by 5 PM! We asked them to contact the repair person and have them call us to advise when they would show and he never called! Finally, about 6 PM, we called them back to cancel and received no apology or any sign of remorse for not showing! They are the worst...DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR ANY REPAIRS! read full review »
