I was making payments on the car. I was trying to keep up payments and get caught up on them. I was about to pay everything down and be fully caught up when they sent me a letter about suing me for "$258.66" They then came and repossessed the car over this trivial amount, and demanded payment in full of the entire loan to get it back, a total somewhere around $4200.
