I ordered a Fendi by Fendi cologne. What I received was totally different...fake. When I asked them whether I was going to be refunded all shipping and handling charges, I received the following: As stated on our website, shipping is non-refundable. Opened items will incur a restocking fee. After I replied that their product was a"FAKE" I received the following: These accusations are ridiculous and insulting.
