As many, my son signed a contract with Gold's Gym. After he enrolled the unemployeed lines he tried to cancel the contract without any luck, To prevent fees accumulating I interceded and covered what I expected it was owed. Also, I had his membership fees to start withdrawing from my checking account (nothing signed but a phone call since is there only way of business).
