I was surfing, looking for news about an election in my town and saw this website listed. When I clicked on it, the screen went dark, and a small (1" x1") lighted square appeard saying to "Enter your mobile phone number." The implication is that when you do, you'll be able to read the news on the screen. A half hour later, my phone was buzzing every 3 minutes.
