These guys are a massive scam. The following are transcripts of the last two of at least a dozen chat conversations with them, during which time I know of at least two other people who I know received deliveries from them (albeit smaller ones) after ordering after I did. I should mention I've purchased from other sellers before, in larger amounts than this, and never waited more than 2 days, usually less than 4 hours, for delivery.
