3.30.10 ordered Rene of Paris wiglet online. Website Exchange Policies say item has to be received by them within 14 days of when you received it. This policy has to be agreed to for completing the order. E-mail confirming order then changes those agreed-to policies from 14 days to 7 days. My order was received 4.7.10, but color was too dark and fit was bad for my head shape, so I needed to exchange. Tried to download their Exchange Form from their Web site, but the link was broken.
