My wife and I have been on the phone with 2-10 customer service for hours addressing an garbage disposal issue. The issue is that the thing doesn't work properly. What they told us is that if it turns on it works and you are not suppose to put food down a garbage disposal and any clog that occurs is entirely our fault because of negligence. They even have a plumber who states that food should never go down a garbage disposal. If this warranty wasn't a gift from my agent, I would cancel the policy. read full review »
