I ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister on May 6th for delivery May 7th. I paid extra money to have the delivery between 9 am and noon on the 7th. My sister never received the flowers or the chocolates. I have been trying to get in contact with this company since 12:10pm May 7th and still nothing. I have called and left messages, no return phone call. I've emailed 3 times and nothing. I tried their online live chat, it doesn't work. I am at my wits end here.
