I just don't understand why they keep delivering propane when I do not need it or ask for it. They added over a thousand dollars to a bill that I am already struggling to pay, then shut it off until I pay the bill in full. with 18% interest charges. Despite many requests to only delivery when I call them, they keep delivering (I know they delivered again so they could bill me the highest seasonal rate). Don't I have any consumer rights? read full review »
