I have sent in eight request to address my concerns regarding the incorrect billing regarding the purchase of ONE; one year subscription for the Norton AntiVirus 2010 protection down load that was installed on 4/5/2010. I have been billed twice on my c/c and it shows two different charges when it should only show one . I am not sure of which one to pay .
