We purchased two iPods in Dec 2008. One is working fine and the other is not functioning and it was not dropped or abused. Apple refuses to fix or replace. They want to charge me $79.00 to fix a product that is less than 1.5 years old. I can't believe they will not stand behind their products. NOT FAIR! read full review »
