I was scheduled to have my refrigerator repaired 4 May and took off from work from 1230 to 1700 hrs. I received a phone call at 1320 hrs from the service center to inform me that the technician would not be able to make it for the scheduled repair and they had to reschedule. I am sure that the technician and the service center were aware of the schedule issue prior to lunch time and should have contacted me then.
