After hearing the liberal return policy of Kohls, heavily advertised on the radio, I returned a blouse, with original tags, never worn, $30 value. No receipt. I had purchased the item 7 months previously. They scanned the credit card I used to purchase the item, could not locate the item date of purchase and offered me $3.00. Obviously, I did not accept this. Apparently they give only %10 if they can't fine the item in their computer. I think the policy touted is misleading. I would have accepted $10 store credit and spent it same day at Kohls if it was offered. read full review »
