My family and I have purchased furniture at Biltrite for years. They have always had great furniture and great service. We should all support stores like Biltrite. I happened to be googling Biltrite to get their phone number and came across this complaint, and felt like I had to respond publicly. How can a customer complain when a store offers to repair something and if you refuse repairs, they replace and you still complain and they give you all of your money back.
