I went to this company to purchase a refurbished computer for my three year old son. After taking it home and setting it up, I first tried playing a child's game on it. The game would not install. I next tried to play a DVD on it, but it would not play. The next day I tried to return it for a refund. The cashier hooked the computer up to her monitor and tried to play a DVD. It would not play.
