I had a contract with Level 1 Maintenance beginning June 2009. In the contract it states that they will send checks 45 days from time they get invoices. I found this to be untrue. They pay when they are ready to pay or don't pay at all. My work orders are signed, My invoices are complete. I want to get paid. They are refusing.
