Do not order online from this retailer. I ordered a $199 bike attachment for my 4 year old daughter. While REI shipped in a timely manner, for some unknown and irrational reason, they instructed UPS to only deliver it in person to me. I kept signing the release forms but because of REI’s instructions, UPS would not leave it at my door as requested on the release form.
