I ordered flowers online that were not delivered by the promised date. i canceled the order. I was charged for the flowers and was never credited for non-delivery or canceling the order. I have called several times and am told they can't do anything, it's the local florist that charged my account. However, the account charged says "Wesley Berry". They refuse to give me the name of the mysterious local shop AND refuse to refund my money.
