My daughter and I both received phone calls from someone stating to be Alex Davenport with American Legal Division. When they contacted my daughter they told her that we were both going to jail for fraud! I then called them to see what this was about and when I asked for Alex I was told he was not there and then the man proceeded to tell me I owe eight hundred and something dollars on a loan from a company I had not heard of.
