Repair Tech is a fake extended warranty company, the employees refude to give their real names or last names, managers are always in meetings and their systems are down, cant locate any repair places, never return calls or emails, leave you on hold for 25 to 45 minutes, then hang up on you. They will give you a claim number, but that is as far as it goes. They do not reimburse any repairs or authorize any repairs.
