I called into American Finco to negotiate a decrease in my finance charges because I noticed that my balance had not went down for over a year of payments on time. After speaking with a representative I was clearly told that my finance charge could not be negotiated down any lower. I stressed to the representative that I have paid on time every month and my balance never seems to be going down and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of.
