reprentative misrepresented the fact that with an exchange of mobile phones within the thirty day window for exchange that it was not possible to have a month to month (not a two year contract) arrangement. the manager denies that I told his agent that I was only interested in obtaining new phones in exchange if and only if there was a month to month option. Representative will not take the phones back saying that I should have known that to receive new phones with an exchange must carry with it a two year contract.
