Target has raised the interest rate for ALL card holders to 24.9%...with no warning, no notice and for absolutely NO reason. I've never had a payment problem and have good credit, but mine got jacked up too. Then they started lowering credit lines to the amount of the balance keeping you above 50% of your credit line...this damages our credit scores trigering other card issuers to restrict our credit.
