This company is a rip off. I bought a bowling ball from these people at $147.00 before I got the ball they show a price of $109.00 on their website. I called them back and basically got a "tough luck sucker" when asking for the lower price. Got some BS comment that the $109.00 price was a special and they had no knowledge about it. The price is now $139.00 today which is still cheaper than what I paid. They wouldn't even think of giving me anything off for good customer service.
