After being charged an unexpected $99.95 for a small first aid kit that I am sure cost a total of $5.00, I returned the product the way their refund policies stated within the time frame & with the stupid RMA#. I made sure to send it certified mail with return reciept. Their customer service dept said it was going to take an additional 10-14 days from the initial 10-15 day I waited on them to refund my money. Of course, they did not refund my money..to this day. I sent in a complaint with the BBB online, its not hard to do. We'll see... read full review »
