I purchased flowers from FTD online for the funeral of a family member. I paid $90 dollars for the arrangement, but I ended up getting 12 roses in a crummy little plastic box. It was an embarassment to me and my wife. So much so that the bouquet I spent $90 U.S. dollars on couldn't even be put by the casket. I called the company, and they offered me a $9 dollar coupon. I've read other complaints about FTD since my incident and it seems the company has a long history or ripping off customers. I'd recommend people avoid being ripped off by FTD and take your business to some other supplier. read full review »
