I ordered flowers through FTD for my mother. It was a LIVE Plant/Flower arrangement (FTD Item #EO-6059 The FTD Florist Designed Blooming and Green Plants in a Basket". The florist, Lexi Floral & Gifts, first delivered flowers meant for someone else including a card meant for someone else. My mother called and let the florist know of the incorrect delivery so that they could go to someone else (the florist did not even thank her).
