I place an order with skinwest a month ago. Over a little more than 3 weeks after the order was placed I received 2 of the 3 products ordered. Up to this day, I still have not received the third product. They are claiming now that it is in back order. I have made several atempts to contact the administrator/owner with no avail. I have e-mailed, left messages for him to call me, requested to speak with him (he is allways unavailable)but he ignores me.
