I have done subcontracting for this business for over 20 years, doing the work on customer furniture that they didn't have the equipment or skill to do in-house. Since the change in ownership this last year to Todd Gertzen (this is the name I was given as the new owner), Todd and New Look representatives have requested work be done and are now not paying for work completed.
