I purchased shoes on January 24. I was told the shoes were backorder however they withdrew the money anyways. After multiple emails back and forth asking if the shoes came in I finaly canceled my order in march. I was told the Money would be credited back. Again after multiple emails they told me they were having issues with there credit processing dept. So they would mail me out a check so I could get my refund in the quickest manor.
