I had went 2 a famous footwear at the mall 1.5 weeks ago. Found a pair of snow boots I liked, but they did not carry my size. They talked me in to home shipping direct from another store or factory. Well there is still no shipment and the status still says ups has paperwork but no package yet. I could of went to a store an hour away and that had the size I wanted!
