I purchased a pair of prescription glasses on January 13th 2008. it was a special sale Barbara told me. $149.00 was the price They started getting scratches after a few months. I took them into Sears the first of December less then a year after buying them. Barbara said it was my fault, and they wouldn't replace the lenses. I feel the glasses were not what they were supposed to be and I would like a refund on the lenses or replaced. There was a 1 year warranty on them. I took them to 2 more optical shops and they told me the protective coating had worn off and they should be warranted against that. read full review »
