I recently upgraded my cell phone from Verizon . Within 4 months, the screen stopped working. The phone is clearly under warranty and I have been trying to get it replaced for the past week. These are my complaints: 1) They sold me a lemon phone 2) I am not the person whose name is on the account and needed to get that person to call and approve.
