Gemstv shipped to the wrong address. Asked me to go to the old address and retreive the package (UPS left it on the door step). After calling them three times, each time being on hold for 15 mins or more, the representative would not let me speak to a supervisor. Each rep wanted me to go get the package. Once a rep called me but opted to go straight to voicemail so as not to speak with me. After 4 weeks they issued a refund. Cheap and shady company. Thought they were better than that, but I was mistaken. read full review »
