I just received a letter from Citimortgage stating that my loan is in default and I must pay $10, 803.61 including $45.01 late charges and $142.50 in delinquency related expenses. This must be paid by 06/05/10, along with any additional monthly payments and late charges that fall due. WOW. So basically I was pushed into foreclosure by Citimortgage.
