I just found out that this company has been chrging me for an extra trash can for probably the past 8 yrs. They use to charge me in a lump sum but recently the billing system changes in the City of South Gate and now they break it down, which is when i noticed the fraudulent charges. I contacted the compnay but they have told me that they can only refund me for 12 months. They told me but they have not given me a credit. I am thinking of taking them to court.
