I purchased an HP DV4T laptop computer at the end of July 2009. I have been unable to install a brand new HP printer on the DV4T. At first HP thought the printer was the problem. The first printer(the one I had originally purchased) was an all in one model 4680. HP said there were "issues" with that model, so they sent me an upgraded printer...Model 6500.
