What do they say on the loudspeaker in the store? Something about wanting your shopping experience to be great, and the will strive to help you achieve that. HA HA!! Well apparently the store Manager, Carla Evans at the Fairview Heights, IL store doesn't realize where exactly her pay check comes from.
