$1.50 is not a big deal, but your customer services are really making sooo disappointed. I got my bill last month with a fee of $1.50. I called in to wonder what it is, then I was told that it was my interested of previous month. The lady on the phone said she could adjust it so i don't have to be paid. Then she talked to me about other promotions that you have. I told her that I don't need any of those right now. She said good bye and gladly hung up.
