I have a douglas tire with 80% tread and it has a large knot on the side wall that looks like a bomb waiting to go off. I don't have my recipt so wal-mart says they will not do anything. I have never had a tire do this before and been driving for 30 years.I have used Douglas tires before with fair sucess. They are cheap tires with a very thin side wall. If they will not stand behind a tire that has 80% tread and is about to blow out then I am not buying anymore tires from Douglas.
