I have been a loyal customer of JCPenney credit card for over seven years. I have never been late on a payment and I always pay more then the minimum amount due. A few days ago I received a letter from GE Money Bank stating that they are no longer looking at my credit history with just my JCPenneys card but my overall credit history. Based on my credit report they were lowering my limit to the exact amount due. The reasons they listed as to why they were lowering my limit did not match what was on my credit report.
