I started the loan modification process in september. Here we are May and I still have no results, or help. Having an interest rate of over 9% and financial difficulties, the program sounded great. My credit was not up to par and it seemed like my only option. Needless to say they did not help me at all! I was calling every 2 weeks and every time I got a different answer.
