Thursday, May 6th, 2010, I ordered & paid for a Mother's day arrangement. It came in a vase with red hearts & looked more Valentines day than Mom's day. I ordered the arrangement with a BLUE vase, & the clerk agreed, no problem, & no additional charge. Yep, when I went on Sat. to pick it up it was in the "wrong vase".
