I spent an hour today on the phone with the companies rep that aren't knowledgeable at all. I supervisor so they say got on the phone and still didnt assist me correctly or answer questions I had. I really wish this is addressed and the prison switch companies again or go back to CBS or MCI. This company is so unprofessial in everyway. I dont have to call much but when I do its a bad day.
