From when I purchased service to my residence their was lack of communication between representatives and the consumer. The consumer called to stated hours were being cutt from jobsite had stated to rep. that the last bill would be paid in full on the0513/10. The rep. replied they could not make any arrangements. I was very dissappointed. I belive it is unfair for the consumer not to have any options. Not happy with the service. For future reference will not referanyone for that matter. read full review »
