Vericrest is the most evil mortgage company ever!!! I have 9.12% Interest only loan which is amortized over 40 years and I have tried three times to modify my loan to no avail. I tried to prove through extreme hardship (Loss of income and undervalued property) and that I just cant make the mortgage. Every time I send in the documents they want more and more-- Often times they cant find what I send them. Then they just say "NO" !!!
