Video game 911 claims a 24 hour turn over, Also they claim direct conference with the repair tech. These claims are false I have sent out my ps3 on the 4th and it is the 11th and I haven't recieved it back yet. When I try to talk to the tech they were very unhelpful and told me to look at the product quarey to see the status of my ps3. When I reviewed the quarey that date was off by serveral days with the same status day to day. I don't think I will recomended them to anyone I hope i get my ps3 back by the end of week.
